Bishop Christopher F. Williams, D.D. is the Founder, Chief Bishop, and Presiding Bishop of the 'Army of Holiness Pentecostal Assemblies of the Nations', and President of the General Board. Bishop Williams is the Founder and Pastor of the 'New Praise Deliverance Cathedral T.A.O.H.P.A.O.T.N'.

The church denomination and this local church were founded in the year of our Lord 2007. His church roots began in the 'Church of God in Christ' which was founded by the late Bishop
